Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Giloy powder
- 1 tsp Neem powder
- 1 tsp Papaya leaf powder
- 1 tsp Andrographis powder
- 1 tsp Tulsi leaves
- 1/2 inch Ginger root, grated
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2-3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 cups Water
- Honey (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add all the herbs to the water and stir well.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and add honey to taste (if desired).
- Drink the tea while it’s still warm.
