Ingredients:

- Turmeric powder (Curcuma longa) – 1 tsp
- Shallaki powder (Boswellia serrata) – 1 tsp
- Ginger powder (Zingiber officinale) – 1 tsp
- Eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus) – 1 tsp
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the ashwagandha, turmeric, shallaki, and ginger powders.
