Home Remedy For Tennis elbow – Vaat Dosha

Here is a simple home remedy for Tennis Elbow that uses a combination of herbs with Hindi and English names:

Ingredients:

  • Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera) – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder (Curcuma longa) – 1 tsp
  • Shallaki powder (Boswellia serrata) – 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder (Zingiber officinale) – 1 tsp
  • Eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus) – 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ashwagandha, turmeric, shallaki, and ginger powders.
  2. Add the eucalyptus oil to the bowl and mix everything together until a thick paste is formed.
  3. Apply the paste directly to the affected area of your elbow and massage gently for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Leave the paste on for another 30 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
  5. Repeat this process twice a day for the best results.
