Home Remedy For Stroke – Kapha Dosha

It’s important to note that stroke is a serious medical condition that requires immediate medical attention. Home remedies should not replace medical treatment but can be used in conjunction with it. Here is a home remedy using herbs for stroke that can be used in conjunction with medical treatment:

Ingredients:

  • Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
  • Shankhpushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis)
  • Guggulu (Commiphora wightii)
  • Garlic (Allium sativum)
  • Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
  • Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
  • Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
  • Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
  • Honey

Instructions:

  1. Take equal amounts of Brahmi, ashwagandha, and shankhpushpi and grind them to a fine powder.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of Guggulu and add 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, and 1 teaspoon of the herbal powder mixture.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
  5. Once the mixture is cool, add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well.
  6. Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture twice a day, preferably with meals.

Each of these herbs has unique properties that may be beneficial for stroke recovery. Brahmi, ashwagandha, and shankhpushpi are known for their neuroprotective properties and may help protect the brain from further damage. Guggulu is a natural anti-inflammatory and may help reduce inflammation in the body, including the brain.
