Ingredients:
- Pashanbhed (Bergenia ligulata) powder: 1 teaspoon
- Varun (Crataeva nurvala) powder: 1 teaspoon
- Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) powder: 1 teaspoon
- Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) powder: 1 teaspoon
- Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabinum) resin: 1 small piece
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
- Water: 1 glass
Directions:
- Mix all the powders of the herbs mentioned above in a glass of water.
- Add the small piece of Shilajit resin to the mixture and stir well.
- Leave the mixture overnight.
- In the morning, strain the mixture and add honey to it.
- Drink this mixture on an empty stomach, once a day for a week.
