Home Remedy For Skin rashes – Pita Dosha

Ingredients:

  • Neem leaves (नीम के पत्ते) – 10-15 leaves
  • Tulsi leaves (तुलसी के पत्ते) – 10-15 leaves
  • Aloe vera gel (एलोवेरा जैल) – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey (शहद) – 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Take 10-15 neem leaves and 10-15 tulsi leaves, wash them thoroughly, and grind them into a fine paste.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel to the paste and mix well.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of honey to the mixture and mix well again.
  4. Apply the mixture to the affected area and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Rinse off with cool water and pat dry with a clean towel.

Neem and tulsi have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can help reduce inflammation and fight off any bacteria causing the rash. Aloe vera helps soothe and moisturize the skin, while turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Honey has antibacterial properties and can also help moisturize the skin.
