Ingredients:
- 1 tsp shatavari powder (Asparagus racemosus)
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder (Indian ginseng)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder (Cinnamomum verum)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (Curcuma longa)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the Shatavari, ashwagandha, cinnamon, and turmeric powders.
- Add the honey and mix until well combined.
- Add the mixture to a cup of warm water and stir well.
- Drink this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.
