Home Remedy For Parkinson’s disease – Pita Dosha

Ingredients:

  • Ashwagandha powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Brahmi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Mucuna pruriens powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Ginger powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Turmeric powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Honey (1 tsp)
  • Warm water (1 cup)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water and allow it to cool down for a few minutes.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the warm water and stir well.
  4. Add honey to sweeten the mixture, if desired.
  5. Drink this mixture once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

This mixture includes Ashwagandha, Brahmi, and Mucuna pruriens, which are believed to help with reducing inflammation, improving cognitive function, and reducing anxiety and stress.
