Home Remedy For Osteoarthritis – Kapha Dosha

Here’s a home remedy for Osteoarthritis using a mixture of herbs with their Hindi names in English:

Ingredients:

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
  • Guggulu (Commiphora mukul)
  • Shallaki (Boswellia serrata)
  • Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
  • Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
  • Nirgundi (Vitex negundo)
  • Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi)
  • Garlic (Allium sativum)
  • Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
  • Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1 tsp each of ashwagandha, Guggulu, and shallaki powder in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tsp of ginger and turmeric powder to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Crush a few leaves of nirgundi and add to the mixture.
  4. Add 1 tsp of ajwain powder and mix well.
  5. Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and add to the mixture.
  6. Grind some black pepper and add to the mixture.
  7. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix everything well.

Usage: Take 1 tsp of the mixture with warm water before bedtime every day for 2-3 weeks.
