Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – 1 tsp
- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – 1 tsp
- Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) – 1 tsp
- Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi) – 1 tsp
- Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – 1 tsp
- Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) – 1 tsp
- Tagar (Valeriana wallichii) – 1 tsp
- Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 1 tsp
Directions:
- Mix all the herbs in a bowl.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
- Add the herb mixture to the water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and discard the solid particles.
- Drink the herbal tea 30 minutes before bedtime.
