Here is a home remedy using a mixture of herbs with Hindi names in English for menopausal symptoms:

Ingredients:

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
  • Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
  • Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
  • Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
  • Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare)
  • Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Method:

  1. Take 1/4 teaspoon each of Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Brahmi, Licorice root, and Fennel seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add a pinch of grated ginger to the mixture.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Boil 1 cup of water in a pan and add the mixture to it.
  5. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Strain the mixture and let it cool down for a few minutes.
  7. Drink this mixture twice a day.
