Home Remedy For Kidney stones – Kapha Dosha

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Gokshura (Tribulus Terrestris) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Varuna (Crataeva nurvala) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pashanbhed (Bergenia ligulata) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kulthi (Dolichos biflorus) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper (Piper nigrum) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin (Cuminum cyminum) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all the powders together in a bowl.
  2. Add a teaspoon of the mixed powder to a glass of warm water.
  3. Add a teaspoon of honey and stir well.
