Ingredients:

- Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – 1 tsp
- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – 1 tsp
- Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) – 1 tsp
- Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 1 tsp
- Mishri (Rock sugar) – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Take all the above herbs and mix them well.
- Grind them into a fine powder.
- Take 1 teaspoon of this powder and mix it with 1 tablespoon of Mishri (rock sugar).
- Consume this mixture with milk or water twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening.
