Ingredients:

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – 1 tsp
  • Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) – 1 tsp
  • Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – 1 tsp
  • Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – 1 tsp
  • Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) – 1 tsp
  • Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 1 tsp
  • Mishri (Rock sugar) – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take all the above herbs and mix them well.
  2. Grind them into a fine powder.
  3. Take 1 teaspoon of this powder and mix it with 1 tablespoon of Mishri (rock sugar).
  4. Consume this mixture with milk or water twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening.
