Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera) – अश्वगंधा
- 1 tsp of brahmi powder (Bacopa monnieri) – ब्राह्मी
- 1 tsp of ginger powder (Zingiber officinale) – अदरक
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder (Cinnamomum verum) – दालचीनी
- 1 tsp of honey
Instructions:
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add ashwagandha, brahmi, ginger, and cinnamon powder to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and add honey for taste.
- Drink this tea once a day for the best results.
