Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha powder: 1 teaspoon
- Guduchi powder: 1 teaspoon
- Amalaki powder: 1 teaspoon
- Shatavari powder: 1 teaspoon
- Licorice powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Tulsi leaves: a handful
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
Method:
- Take a small bowl and mix all the powdered herbs – ashwagandha, Guduchi, Amalaki, Shatavari, and licorice.
- In a mortar and pestle, crush the tulsi leaves to release their juices.
- Add the crushed tulsi leaves to the bowl with the powdered herbs and mix well.
- Add honey to the mixture and mix until it forms a thick paste.
- Consume this mixture once a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
