  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds (dhania)

  • 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves (pudina)
  • 1 teaspoon rose petals (gulab ke phool)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds for a few minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add dried mint leaves and rose petals to the pan and roast for another minute.
  3. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
  4. Once cooled, grind the mixture into a fine powder.
  5. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add the powdered mixture to it.
  6. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Strain the mixture and let it cool down.
  8. Drink the mixture throughout the day to help cool the body and provide relief from heat stroke symptoms.
