Home Remedy For Heart palpitations – Pita Dosha

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of Brahmi powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Tulsi powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup of warm water

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Brahmi powder, Ashwagandha powder, and Tulsi powder in a small bowl.
  2. Add the honey and mix well.
  3. Add the mixture to a cup of warm water and stir well.
  4. Drink the mixture once a day, preferably in the morning or early evening.
