Home Remedy For Gout – Kapha Dosha

Here is a simple home remedy for Gout that you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder (adrak)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (dalchini)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (shahada)
  • 1 cup of warm water

Instructions:

  1. Mix the turmeric powder, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
  2. Add the honey to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Add the mixture to a cup of warm water and mix well.
  4. Drink this mixture twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
