Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder (अश्वगंधा)
- 1 teaspoon Brahmi powder (ब्राह्मी)
- 1 teaspoon Mulethi powder (मुलेठी)
- 1/2 teaspoon Jatamansi powder (जटामांसी)
- 1/2 teaspoon Malkangani powder (मालकांगनी)
- 1/2 teaspoon Rasna powder (रसना)
- 2 cups of water
Instructions:
- Add all the herbs to a pot and pour in the water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
- Let the tea simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer.
- Drink the tea while it is still warm.
