  • Ashwagandha powder: 1 tsp
  • Chandan powder: 1 tsp
  • Guduchi powder: 1 tsp
  • Neem powder: 1 tsp
  • Triphala powder: 1 tsp
  • Water: 1 glass
  • Honey: 1 tsp (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the powders in a glass of water.
  2. Stir well until the powders dissolve completely.
