Home Remedy For Eczema – Kapha Dosha

Here is a home remedy with a mixture of Ayurvedic herbs with their Hindi names in English that may be helpful for eczema:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon neem powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon manjistha powder
  • 1 teaspoon triphala powder
  • 1 teaspoon kutki powder
  • 1 teaspoon Shatavari powder
  • 1 teaspoon guduchi powder
  • 1 teaspoon haridra powder
  • 1 teaspoon brahmi powder
  • 1 teaspoon chandan powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the powders in a bowl to create a herbal mixture.
  2. Boil one cup of water in a pan.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture to the boiling water and stir well.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
  6. Dip a clean cotton cloth into the herbal mixture and wring out the excess liquid.
  7. Place the cloth on the affected area for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Repeat this process 2-3 times a day for a week or until the symptoms subside.

This home remedy can help relieve itching, inflammation, and dryness associated with eczema. However, it’s important to consult with a healthcare practitioner before starting any new treatment, including the use of Ayurvedic herbs.
