  • 1 teaspoon haritaki powder (Chebulic myrobalan)
  • 1 teaspoon triphala powder (Three fruits)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pippali powder (Long pepper)
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder (Cumin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sunthi powder (Ginger)
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing powder (Asafoetida)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kutki powder (Picrorhiza)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nagarmotha powder (Cyperus)
  • 1/4 teaspoon musta powder (Nut grass)
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the powders together in a small bowl.
