Ingredients:
- Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) – 1 tablespoon
- Papaya leaves (Carica papaya) – 2-3 leaves
- Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves (Ocimum tenuiflorum) – 5-6 leaves
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – 1-inch piece, grated
- Water – 2 cups
Instructions:
- Rinse the papaya leaves and tulsi leaves in water and chop them finely.
- In a pan, add water and grated ginger and bring it to a boil.
- Add chopped papaya leaves, tulsi leaves, and giloy to the pan and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the liquid has reduced to about 1 cup.
- Strain the liquid and let it cool.
- Drink this herbal drink 2-3 times a day for a few days.
