Ingredients:
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp ginger powder (adrak)
- 1 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder (dalchini)
- 1 tsp holy basil leaves powder (tulsi)
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp honey (shahada)
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions:
- In a cup of warm water, add turmeric powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, holy basil leaves powder, and ashwagandha powder.
- Mix well and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Add honey and stir well.
- Drink this mixture twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening.
