Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera) – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder (Curcuma longa) – 1 tsp
- Tulsi leaves (Ocimum tenuiflorum) – 5-6 leaves
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Water – 1 cup
Instructions:
- Boil water in a saucepan and add the tulsi leaves. Let the leaves steep in the water for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tulsi leaves and add the ashwagandha powder and turmeric powder to the water.
- Stir well and let the mixture cool down a bit.
- Add honey to taste and stir well again.
- Drink this mixture once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
