Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera)
- 1 tsp Shatavari powder (Asparagus racemosus)
- 1 tsp Guggulu resin powder (Commiphora mukul)
- 1 tsp Nirgundi powder (Vitex negundo)
- 1 tsp Punarnava powder (Boerhavia diffusa)
- 1 tsp Dashmool powder (a combination of ten roots)
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Combine all the powders in a bowl and mix well.
- Boil one cup of water in a pan.
- Add the herbal mixture to the boiling water and stir well.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer.
- Drink the warm mixture once a day for up to one week, or as recommended by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
