Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
- 1 teaspoon Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis)
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

- 1 teaspoon Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
- 4 cups of water
- Honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all the herbs to a saucepan with 4 cups of water.

- Strain the tea and discard the herbs.
- Sweeten the tea with honey (if desired).
