Ingredients:
- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – 1 tablespoon
- Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) – 1 tablespoon
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – 1 tablespoon
- Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi) – 1 tablespoon
- Honey – 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Water – 3 cups
Instructions:

In a saucepan, add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Add Brahmi, Shankhapushpi, Ashwagandha, and Jatamansi to the boiling water.

Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the water turns into a tea-like color.

Strain the mixture and pour the tea into a cup.

Add honey to taste (optional).

Allow the tea to cool down for a few minutes, and then drink it.
