Ingredients:
- Ashoka powder (Saraca indica) – 1 tsp
- Shatavari powder (Asparagus racemosus) – 1 tsp
- Guggulu powder (Commiphora mukul) – 1 tsp
- Brahmi powder (Bacopa monnieri) – 1 tsp
- Jatamansi powder (Nardostachys jatamansi) – 1 tsp
- Manjistha powder (Rubia cordifolia) – 1 tsp
Instructions:
