Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)
- 1 tsp Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa)
- 1 tsp Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
- 1 tsp Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
- 1 tsp Varuna (Crataeva nurvala)
- 1 tsp Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
- 1 tsp Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
- 1 tsp Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa)
- 1 tsp Shilajit (Asphaltum)
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine all the herbs with 2 cups of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the herbs.
- Drink 1/2 to 1 cup of the mixture twice a day, preferably after meals.
