Here is a home remedy with a mixture of herbs that can help alleviate migraines:
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ginger powder (Adrak)
- 1 tsp coriander seed powder (Dhania)
- 1 tsp cumin seed powder (Jeera)
- 1 tsp fennel seed powder (Saunf)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder (Dalchini)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 tsp honey (Shahad)
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot.
- Add 1 tsp each of ginger powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, fennel seed powder, cinnamon powder, and turmeric powder to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a cup.
