Here’s a simple home remedy with a mixture of Ayurvedic herbs in Hindi and English that may help alleviate symptoms of restless leg syndrome (RLS) suddenly:
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Brahmi (Bacopa)
- 1 tsp Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng)
- 1 tsp Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus)
- 1 tsp Jatamansi (Spikenard)
- 1 tsp Amalaki (Indian gooseberry)
- 1 tsp Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
- 1 tsp Nirgundi (Vitex negundo)
Instructions:
- Mix all the herbs together in a bowl.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of the herb mixture to the boiling water and stir well.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a cup.
