Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) powder – 1 teaspoon
- Shallaki (Indian frankincense) powder – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon
- Guggulu (Indian bdellium) powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain (carom seeds) powder – 1 teaspoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Mix all the powders in a bowl and stir well.
- Add the honey and mix to form a paste.
- Consume this mixture once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
