Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon guggulu powder
- 1 tablespoon ashwagandha powder
- 1 tablespoon haridra powder
- 1 tablespoon shallaki powder
- 1 tablespoon Kirundi powder
- 1 tablespoon rasa powder
- 1 tablespoon punarnava powder
- 1 tablespoon guduchi powder
- 1 tablespoon and powder
- 1 tablespoon Shatavari powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mix all the powders (Guggulu, ashwagandha, Haridra, shallaki, Kirundi, rasna, punarnava, Guduchi, eranda, and Shatavari) together in a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture and stir well to combine.
- Consume this mixture twice a day after meals for a minimum of one month or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
