  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder (dalchini)
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (nimbu ka ras)
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add ginger powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and black pepper powder to the water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture.
  4. Add honey and lemon juice to the strained mixture and stir well.
  5. Drink the mixture while it’s still warm.
