Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
- 1 teaspoon Brahmi powder
- 1 teaspoon Yashtimadhu powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Add 2 cups of water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Yashtimadhu, ginger, and cinnamon to the water.
- Let the herbs steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup and add honey if desired.
