Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder (Indian ginseng)
- 1 tsp shatavari powder (Asparagus racemosus)
- 1 tsp guggulu powder (Commiphora mukul)
- 1/2 tsp trikatu powder (a combination of black pepper, long pepper, and ginger)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the ashwagandha, Shatavari, Guggulu, and trikatu powders.
- Add the honey and mix until well combined.
- Add the mixture to a cup of warm water and stir well.
- Drink this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.
