Home Remedy For Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) – Pita Dosha

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
  • 1 teaspoon Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis)
  • 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
  • 1 teaspoon Vacha (Acorus calamus)
  • 1 teaspoon Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
  • 4 cups of water
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all the herbs to a saucepan with 4 cups of water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and let the tea simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea and discard the herbs.
  5. Sweeten the tea with honey (if desired).
  6. Drink 1-2 cups of this tea daily, preferably in the morning and evening.

This herbal tea contains a combination of herbs that are known to improve cognitive function, memory, and focus, making it a useful remedy for managing ADHD symptoms.
