  • 1 tsp Vidanga (Embelia ribes) powder
  • 1 tsp Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) powder
  • 1 tsp Musta (Cyperus rotundus) powder
  • 1 tsp Bhumiamla (Phyllanthus niruri) powder
  • 1 tsp Pippali (Piper longum) powder
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the powders in a bowl.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
