Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Triphala (Amla, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Haridra (Curcuma longa) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Shallaki (Boswellia serrata) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Neem (Azadirachta indica) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) powder
- 1 teaspoon of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) powder
Instructions:
- Mix all of the powders together in a bowl.
- Add enough water to form a paste.
- Apply the paste on the affected area.
- Leave the paste on for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse off with warm water.
- Repeat daily or as needed.
